Financial Sponsorship Declaration – Affidavit

A Financial Sponsorship Declaration (also known as Affidavit of Support) is a legal document in which the sponsors of a applicant, declares their financial responsibilities for the person they are sponsoring.

The affidavit includes information about the sponsor’s financial status, such as their employment, income, and assets, and their commitment to provide for the expenses of the person they are sponsoring. The affidavit is typically signed by the sponsor and witnessed by a notary public or other authorized official, and is used by visa officers to determine the sponsor’s ability to support the person they are sponsoring.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I, sponsor’s name , permanent resident of your permanent address do solemnly and sincerely declare as follows:

1. That my/nationality/citizenship is Nepalese and that I have been resident of Nepal since my birth.
2. That I currently hold the position of job title at company name with annual income of NPR income in figure .
3. That I am sponsoring my son/daughter, known as applicant name , permanent resident, and will be undertaking further studies in course name to institution’s name for course duration and I shall provide him/her with full financial support during his/her stay in Australia which includes tuition fee of Australian dollar per annual and living expenses of Australian dollar per annum.
