Your vehicle must pass an inspection and emissions test 90 days before renewing your vehicle registration. The state portion of the vehicle inspection fee will be due when you renew your vehicle registration.

NOTICE: Vehicle and/or trailers must be registered in the County you reside in.
Vehicle cannot be expired more than 12 months, or must be renewed in person at one of our 6 offices.
Have your vehicle inspected first.
Appointments are available but not necessary - Walk-ins welcome

Bring your renewal notice, inspection report, insurance card, U.S. issued ID/Driver's License or Passport
Payment options: cash, check, money order, credit (2.08% convenience fee), debit (1.00% convenience fee)

*If your vehicle is expired: Include a signed statement stating if the vehicle has/has not been driven & if there has been a citation issued for the expired registration.
Vehicle cannot be expired more than 9 months, or must be renewed in person at one of our 6 offices.

* If your vehicle or trailer requires new license plates (see the replacement section below), you must visit one of our 6 offices to process your renewal. All title transfers and new resident registrations are processed at any of our office locations.
Replacement Plates and/or Sticker:
Replacements can be obtained by the registered owner in-person or by mail for a $6.50 fee.
If someone other than the owner will be processing, please bring the above information along with the following:
* For replacement plates: owner must surrender the registration sticker and license plates (if available).
New Residents of Texas:
